One of my best summers ever was the one that I got to work at a snow cone shack! I mixed and matched every flavor possible...that was one yummy summer! My favorite is peach, watermelon, daiquiri...but the catch is peach on one half, watermelon on the other and daiquiri over the whole thing. I have found that I have a very hard time paying nearly $5 for a cup of ice and sugar so we don't get them very often. Thanks for bringing back such great memories! I might just have to break down and get one.
Snow cones are Mr. O's favorite treat. I agree with Sharlene, the price doesn't equal the product. But on a hot summer day, nothing is better (except maybe a frozen hot chocolate!)
What is really running through my head is why a dentist would recommend such a sugary treat - they aren't supposed to do that! By the way, I like the new look to the blog!
